Corrections are the messages we most want to get. If a number on this site doesn't match what you see in the game, tell us — we'll check it against the studio's game sheet and either fix the page or explain the difference.
Reporting a wrong figure
The more detail, the faster it's settled. What helps most:
- the game name and the studio that made it;
- the value we show and the value you're seeing;
- which casino you saw it at — that single detail resolves most reports, because operators run different RTP configurations of the same slot;
- a screenshot of the game's info panel, if you have one to hand.
Every report is checked against the studio's game sheet. If the mistake is ours we fix it, and we don't quietly edit and move on — significant changes update the date on the page too. If the difference comes from the RTP variant a particular casino runs, that is what we'll tell you: the page shows the studio's published value, and the in-game panel is always final.
Corrections are the cheapest quality control we have, so we genuinely don't treat them as complaints.
Other things we're glad to hear
- a demo that won't load on your device — tell us which device and browser;
- a game missing from the library that ought to be in it;
- a typo or an awkward sentence — the site is bilingual and these happen;
- a casino listed under a game it doesn't carry;
- a page that looks broken on your phone.
What we can't help with
We're not a casino. We don't hold player accounts, we don't handle anyone's money, and we have no influence over what happens on your side at an operator. Specifically:
- we can't unlock or recover a casino account;
- we can't speed up, hold or process a withdrawal;
- we can't settle a dispute with an operator or act for you in one;
- we have no bonus codes, spins or offers to hand out;
- we give no legal or tax advice and won't judge a particular site's licensing status for you.
Those go to the casino's support team, and if that leads nowhere, to the regulator named on the operator's licence — you'll find it in the footer of its site. Keep all the correspondence and screenshots: they are usually the strongest thing a player has in a dispute like that.
When we reply
This is a small team, not a 24-hour desk. Reports about figures usually get an answer within a few working days and take priority over everything else. Bulk link-exchange offers, requests to publish ready-made articles and questions about bonus codes don't get a reply.
If your question is about how we source game specs or why we publish no bonus amounts, the answer is already on the About page — and that is where any clarification you ask for will end up.
